Procedures for cancelling withdrawal and deferring tuition fees for the first semester of the 2024 academic year

For those who have received a notice of expulsion

As of April 22, 2024, students who have not requested a deferral and have not been able to confirm payment of the first semester tuition fee (etc.) for the 2024 academic year will be listed as "expelled" with grace period.

If tuition fees (etc.) are not paid, your student will be expelled (effective April 1st).

However, you can cancel your "exclusion" by following the prescribed procedure by Monday, May 20. There are two ways to do this, so if you wish to cancel your "exclusion," please complete the procedure within the deadline.

(1) If you are able to pay the full tuition fee for the first semester (etc.) and the withdrawal cancellation fee (5,000 yen) by Monday, May 20, 2024
① Make a transfer at a financial institution using the transfer request form (including the cancellation fee) attached to the "Notice of Cancellation."
②Download the application for cancellation of expulsion (pdf) and print it out.
③ Fill out the necessary information on the “Application for Cancellation of Expulsion” using a black ballpoint pen.
④ Submit the “Application for Cancellation of Expulsion” and a copy of the receipt to Academic Affairs Division Office.

(2) If you are unable to pay the full tuition fee for the first semester (etc.) and the withdrawal cancellation fee (5,000 yen) by Monday, May 20, 2024
1) Download and print out the First Term Tuition Fee (etc.) Deferral Procedure Application Form (set of 3) (pdf).
② Fill in the necessary information on each of the three sheets (set) using a black ballpoint pen.
③ Submit (set of 3) to Academic Affairs Division Office.
*After checking the submitted documents, we will provide you with a "Tuition and Other Payment Request Form (payment deadline: June 20th)".
The grace period will be extended until Monday, July 22nd at the latest.

Monday, May 20, 2024

If either of the above procedures are not completed within the deadline, your expulsion will be finalized and you will only be able to re-enroll under the re-enrollment system stipulated in the regulations.
